沖泡方式

[撕、掛、沖、取]四步

撕：撕除包裝及咖啡濾掛包封口。

掛：將咖啡濾掛包兩邊掛耳拉開，掛在杯緣上。

沖：

1.先微量注水至咖啡粉浸濕即可（水溫80~92度左右），約10~30秒。

2.以細長穩定水流利用畫圓方式注入咖啡粉，讓每一顆咖啡粉都能充分發揮。

3.注水到160cc停止（1g咖啡粉約加入12cc~18cc的水，可依個人喜好調整）。

取：取出咖啡濾掛包，突出特色咖啡。

溫馨提醒：咖啡濾掛包不建議回沖
